Our Partners
Technology and ecosystem partners Sentify works with across delivery and platform services. Our relationships are built on years of internal use, shared values, and a commitment to helping organisations grow.
Technology and ecosystem partnerships shaped by years of internal use, formal accreditation and measurable customer outcomes.
Sentify began using Atlassian software in 2012. It became foundational to how we planned, delivered and tracked our own work.
In 2019, we formally entered the Atlassian Partner ecosystem. Since then, we have supported more than 200 organisations across cloud migrations, new platform implementations, optimisation programmes and capability uplift initiatives. Across these engagements, organisations have strengthened how they manage work, increased visibility for leadership, and created greater alignment between teams and business objectives.
Growth and scale
In 2026, we reached a milestone where we have supported customers to procure more than USD $100 million in Atlassian licensing. This reflects the scale of environments we support and the trust placed in us to guide commercial and platform decisions. Today, we operate across North America and Australasia, supporting customers ranging from growing mid market organisations through to complex enterprise environments.
Recognised performance
Sentify has been recognised by Atlassian as Service Partner of the Year in APAC and as a Rising Star in the Americas. These awards acknowledge sustained customer impact, delivery capability and contribution to the partner ecosystem.
Customers engage Sentify because we are flexible in how we work, responsive when it matters, and capable of operating comfortably within complex environments. We combine advisory thinking with hands on delivery, and we adapt our engagement model to suit the maturity, scale and objectives of each organisation.
Our services span managed services, implementation, optimisation, advisory and coaching. Some customers engage us to lead significant transformation programmes. Others rely on us as an ongoing partner supporting the evolution of their Atlassian platform over time.

Sentify is an AWS Select and AWS Marketplace Partner. We became an AWS partner in 2019, the same year we onboarded our first full stack AWS managed service.
Since then, we have built and operated secure, resilient cloud environments for customers across government and enterprise sectors. A notable example is our hosting and support of the administration system for the Government Superannuation Fund Authority (GSFA).
The Fund pays more than NZD $1 billion annually to over 41,500 members. The platform we host and support underpins the administration of these entitlements, requiring high levels of availability, security and operational discipline.
Today, we host and support numerous AWS tenants across Australasia, delivering environments that meet operational, security and compliance requirements at scale. Our managed services span infrastructure design, migration, optimisation and ongoing operational support.
We have AWS certified professionals across solution architecture, cloud operations and security. Our approach emphasises automation, infrastructure as code, observability and cost management to ensure platforms remain stable, secure and commercially efficient.
Organisations engaging Sentify on AWS gain a partner that understands both the technical architecture and the operational accountability required to run critical systems in the cloud, with the flexibility to support discrete projects or long term managed services.

Sentify became a GitLab partner in 2018 after one of our team members brought the platform to our attention. We began using GitLab internally, saw the value quickly, and formed a relationship that naturally evolved into partnership.
GitLab has been a strong fit for Sentify because it aligns with our depth of experience in DevOps, automated testing, application infrastructure and the stitching together of build and CI/CD pipelines. It reflects how technically driven teams want to operate, with automation embedded across the lifecycle from the outset.
In the early years, we supported customers migrating from legacy version control systems such as SVN and modernising their build and release processes. More recently, the conversation has centred on platform consolidation and simplification.
In parallel, we built our own GitLab as a Service hosted architecture, known as GLAAS. This model is designed for customers who require tighter control over code hosting, data residency or operational oversight. GLAAS bridges the gap between SaaS convenience and fully self managed infrastructure.

We support customers through advisory, migration, implementation, optimisation and managed services, adapting our engagement model to suit each organisation’s maturity, technical constraints and delivery objectives.
In 2025, Sentify formed a partnership with HYCU after recognising the importance of independently backing up our own Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
Like many organisations, we reviewed our exposure to SaaS platform data retention policies. Atlassian’s shared responsibility model and native retention settings are often misunderstood, and the level of granularity available for restore is frequently less than customers expect. The same applies across Microsoft 365. While platforms provide resilience, they do not replace independent backup and recovery capability.
Our decision to partner with HYCU was grounded in practical need. We implemented it internally to ensure we had independent backup, controlled retention policies and the ability to perform granular restores when required.
Since then, we have supported a growing number of customers in procuring and implementing HYCU across Atlassian and Microsoft 365 environments. Engagements typically involve assessing data risk, defining retention policies, aligning backup architecture to compliance requirements and ensuring restore processes are tested and understood.
For organisations that rely heavily on SaaS platforms, independent backup is no longer optional. Through our HYCU partnership, we help customers close that gap with clarity and confidence.

Appfire is one of the most established and expansive vendors in the Atlassian Marketplace ecosystem, with a broad portfolio of products spanning Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management.
Sentify has worked alongside Appfire’s applications for many years as part of our Atlassian customer engagements. Their products frequently form a core component of the environments we design, optimise and support, particularly in technically mature organisations requiring extended capability beyond native platform features.
In 2025, we formalised our relationship with Appfire, strengthening collaboration across solution design, optimisation and customer advisory. This closer alignment enables us to work directly with their team when reviewing customer environments and shaping Marketplace strategy.
As organisations focus more deliberately on cost optimisation and tool rationalisation, Marketplace app review has become an important part of platform governance. Many environments evolve over time, accumulating overlapping capability or under utilised licences. Through our relationship with Appfire, we can assess installed applications, usage patterns and commercial structures, then align tool choice with delivery model, governance requirements and strategic objectives.
Appfire’s portfolio includes widely adopted products such as BigPicture, supporting advanced project and portfolio management within Jira, alongside a range of workflow, automation, reporting and integration capabilities.
Within the broader Atlassian ecosystem, Sentify is recognised as one of Appfire’s top tier partners, reflecting consistent collaboration, platform expertise and shared customer success across a significant customer base.
